Lies, damn lies, and statistics

The Republicans have done the math and if 71,000 votes had gone their way they wouldn't have lost the House of Representatives. Let's move on here. You can manipulate and Monday-morning quarterback election results until you're blue in the face and it makes no difference. A baseball team loses the game 1-0. Can they claim that 2 more runs and they would have won the game. Sure, but it doesn't change the outcome of the game. I'm sure the Democrats can find a few more votes that would have given them an even bigger win but they don't have those votes and the Republicans don't have their votes. The election analysis will go on and on but it's all going to come down to the leadership of those that have been elected.

The Democrats are up to bat. Game on.
